Support that’s available when you need it

Studying 100% online does not mean studying alone. We know that it can be a challenge to juggle study, work and life commitments. You will be supported by our specialised academic and Student Assist teams throughout your university journey. This help is available seven days a week, when you need it most, no matter where you are in Australia.

We’ve put together the following information to summarise the support available to students studying 100% online, so you can get the most out of your program. If you have more questions, our friendly Future Student Services team can help. 

Academic support

Our team of dedicated 100% online academics will support you throughout your studies and are here to set you up for success.

Discipline experts specialised in your field of study will help you with any questions about course content, assignments and assessment tasks. They are contactable by email, online chat, shared learning forums or video call and are available to support you seven days a week, beyond business hours.

You’ll also have support from learning advisers who will help with general questions about how to write an essay, referencing, research activities or study tips so you can reach your academic goals.

Once you're enrolled, you'll be allocated a dedicated Student Assist Officer. They're here to help you make the most of the flexibility that comes with 100% online study and ensure your study plans work for you and your lifestyle. 

The Student Assist team are available seven days a week beyond business hours.

There are a range of student services available to Adelaide University students. If you're located interstate, you are able to request virtual appointments to ensure you are receiving the support you require.
