The Leadership and Management Essentials Program is designed to cultivate crucial leadership knowledge, tools, and skills in both experienced and developing managers.

Consisting of six, two-day course modules that are typically completed over a six-month period, the program will enable you to become a more effective manager and leader, better able to engage, align and empower staff, set and achieve operational goals and raise capability from an operational focus to an executive and strategic perspective.

Online short courses

The flexibility to study when and where suits you

Engaging, interactive and available on topics as diverse as Shakespeare to Artificial Intelligence, these online short courses are fully flexible, allowing you to study when and where suits you.

Courses are designed and taught by Adelaide University’s world-renowned academics. They typically range from four to six weeks in duration and require just one to two hours of study per week.

Students can also study courses via edX, where Adelaide University offers a select range of online short courses.
