Course overview
The Placement option in the Fine Arts program offers students in their second or third year of study the opportunity to apply for a designated work placement or submit a research proposal to a partner organisation or institution. Students may also independently identify and negotiate a placement or research project with an approved organisation in consultation with academic staff and a University placement officer. Placements and research proposals could take a range of forms including semester-long residencies and mentorships, and research and assistant curatorial positions with a studio, museum, gallery, festival, or collection.
