Course overview

This course aims to introduce students to the methods and concepts within contemporary art practice that will enable them to locate their practice in the field. Contents include: Discussion of relevant artists and issues that influence contemporary practice. The influence of materials and processes, conceptual basis for the development of a project and the communication of the development and resolution of a studio project.
