Course overview
Students will either undertake a new or continuing internship in an industry setting or continue a supervised research project linked to their area of study, where their skills and knowledge can be applied. It is an opportunity for students to integrate the skills and knowledge gained in their current program into the domain area of the discipline of their undergraduate degree, and for those undertaking a supervised research project, prepare for a PhD pathway.

Course learning outcomes
- Apply statistical techniques in the investigation of solving problems in an industry or research-based scenario.
- Debrief to both non-technical and technical audiences on the project using written and verbal communication skills.
- Analyse key features of a proposed problem including identifying challenges and producing solutions.
- Demonstrate professional practice and research skills in research and industry settings
