Course overview

The aim of this course is to equip learners with foundational statistical knowledge and practical skills in data analysis using the R programming language, with emphasis on contemporary applications of statistical modelling techniques to a wide range of real-world situations. Learners will be developing problem-solving and communication skills to enable them to effectively analyse and interpret data, make informed decisions, and communicate findings to support evidence-based practice in science and related disciplines.

  • Apply appropriate statistical techniques or procedures to analyse data in a variety of experimental and observational situations
