Course overview
This course will enable students to develop the knowledge, skills and capacity to analyze and plan a project in partnership with a community agency. Engaging in a needs assessment, developing a project proposal using co-design principles and planning. Needs analysis and develop a project to meet the needs and aims of one agency. Acquisition skills for project planning and development.
Course learning outcomes
- Based on a needs analysis develop a project plan co-designed with stakeholders
- Use effective skills in communication, resource management (human and non-human), networking, and identification of problems within the planning phase
- Demonstrate professional conduct and ethical practice
