Course overview

This course will develop for students the appropriate knowledge, skills and attitudes leading to an intermediate level of Medical Imaging clinical practice. Contents include: radiographic procedures of the spine, head and associated regions; digital imaging technology; quality assurance; image evaluation; cultural considerations; teamwork; radiation safety.

  • must have completed all of PHYS1008 Physics for Medical Radiation 100/RADI2005 Human Anatomy 201 (Gross and Sectional)/RADI2006 Medical Imaging Studies 1
