Course overview
The aim of this course is to enable students to build on their practice skills and apply clinical psychology skills and therapeutic techniques with clients referred to the UniSA Psychology Clinic. Student will undertake supervised placement experience and receive regular feedback. Embedded within this course will be workshops covering advanced psychotherapeutic techniques for various client presentations.
Course learning outcomes
- Demonstrate advanced skills in assessment, formulation, evaluation, and treatment of clients with a range of complex psychological problems.
- Demonstrate advanced skills in reflective self-practice as it relates to the profession of Clinical Psychology
