Course overview
The aim of this course is to introduce students to the application, scoring, and interpretation of standardised psychometrics in adult populations. Students will develop knowledge of the principles, methods, procedures, and critical evaluation of behavioural, psychometric, and clinical assessment of a range of psychological problems with a specific focus on practical application. Students will be provided training in the administration, scoring, and interpretation of standardised tests including but not limited to cognitive functioning, executive functioning, and personality across the adult age range.

- Demonstrate skills in the administration, scoring, and interpretation of standardised psychological tests in adult populations.
- Demonstrate principles of psychometrics used in the practice of clinical psychology.
- Demonstrate competence in the appropriate selection, application, and interpretation of psychometrics across the adult age range.
