Course overview
The aim of this course is to teach students how to apply, interpret and communicate insights from organisational, cross-cultural and community psychology. Students will develop the skills and knowledge they gained in the Year 1 and 2 courses, to further enhance their understanding of psychology as it applies to real-world social contexts. The focus of this course will be on the student's ability to interpret psychological theories related to organisations and communities, with a focus on identifying solutions drawn from diverse psychological approaches.

Course learning outcomes
- Interpret and evaluate psychological knowledge claims in the context of organisational and community psychology
- Critically evaluate contemporary organisational challenges and the psychological approaches used to understand them
- Explore aspects of cultural diversity and the importance of inclusive practices as applied to organisations and communities
- Demonstrate advanced understanding of psychological approaches as they relate to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander populations and communities
- Collaborate with others to develop appropriate research methods for exploring topics in organisational and community psychology
- Communicate the outputs of psychological research in APA conventions in both written and oral formats
