Course overview

This course equips students with research skills necessary for pursuing PhD studies. Students will undertake a scientific research project under the supervision of academics, gaining advanced knowledge and skills for professional or highly skilled work in their chosen field. The course covers research methods, technical communication, production of a literature review, and formulation of a research question. The course aligns with the programs intent to provide advanced knowledge and skills, creativity and initiative within the project management context, and developing innovative solutions in professional practice.

  • Recognise and justify complex project management problems, challenges, issues, and opportunities worthy of investigation
  • Critically review and synthesis the project management body of knowledge and recent developments in the professional practice
