Course overview

This course addresses the essential knowledge and skills needed for managing successful and sustainable enterprise transformation projects, particularly relevant in today's turbulent business environment. It offers students a comprehensive set of transformation principles and a roadmap, serving as an analytical framework for evaluating an enterprise's current state and future goals, and outlining the necessary actions for effective transformation projects. The holistic analysis framework integrates numerous enterprise managerial concepts and methodologies. This course aligns with the program intent to provide a comprehensive understanding of project management knowledge and skills to prepare learners to manage enterprise transformation projects in an innovative, ethical, and sustainable way, considering cultural diversity and global perspective.
