It examines risks throughout all stages of the project lifecycle. The course covers an array of interconnected theoretical concepts with practical techniques, encompassing various methodologies, uncertainty management, risk identification, analysis, evaluation, and treatment. It also covers risk management tools and techniques, project risk knowledge management, and lessons learned. This course aligns with the program intent to provide a comprehensive understanding of project management knowledge and skills to prepare learners to manage project uncertainties in an innovative, ethical and sustainable way.
