Course overview
Within democratic settings policy and administration requires philosophical understanding of political foundations. Policy can be undermined by lack of integrity or corrupt practices. This course examines political and ethical underpinnings of public policy and administration. It explores moral and philosophical issues that frame why governments choose to do what they do, as well as practical issues that relates to phenomena like conflict of interest or bribery and corruption.
