Course overview

The aim of this course is to develop advanced skills in a specialist and emerging arena of pharmacy practice or pharmaceutical science. Completion of work under the supervision of an academic member of staff, in an advanced and emerging arena of pharmacy practice or pharmaceutical science of their choosing within a relevant academic or government institution, or industry.

Course learning outcomes

  • Work independently and/or within a team within specialized pharmacy practice or pharmaceutical science setting

  • Critically evaluate and interpret data
  • Employ logical and creative problem solving skills
