Course learning outcomes
- Identifies and applies the components of holistic assessment to develop a person-centred care plan, incorporating appropriate healthcare responses and evidence-based referrals that align with the individual’s needs and context.
- Appraise and apply contemporary theories, principles and care frameworks to promote person centred, culturally safe and holistic evidence based sexual and reproductive health care for women and their families.
- Incorporates relevant ethical, legislative, regulatory and policy protocols and guidelines as they relate to providing sexual and reproductive healthcare.
- Reflect on and challenge, own and the practice of others to lead and promote best practice in sexual and reproductive health.
