Course learning outcomes
- Discuss global issues, trends and demographic factors impacting on health services delivery and practice
- Explain strategies to address identified issues related to the provision of contemporary health services
- Explore the political, financial, and socio- cultural factors that impact on people's access to and utilisation of health services
- Explore the relationship between and issues related to the integration of professional, social, and organisational values in health service delivery
- Critically analyse the impact of health financing and policy on health service delivery
