Course overview

To enable students to develop the industry-level knowledge, skills and competencies required of a professional in the creation of high-quality screen content. Students will deploy industry-standard processes to develop a creative project to market readiness. 

Note this stacks with Screen Content Project 2, which is staggered one week later.

Course learning outcomes

  • Demonstrate an understanding of roles within the film and television industry and their responsibilities
  • Apply key film and television production concepts, skills and practices to an industry standard
  • Plan, critically evaluate and efficiently manage a set task to ensure delivery of its requirements to industry standards
  • Apply and respond to supervisor feedback to meet a professional project brief
