Course overview
To introduce students to key theoretical, formal, and practical aspects of sound for the moving image. Students will explore the histories, genres and styles of film and television sound and then demonstrate their knowledge by planning, recording, editing, mixing and delivering a soundtrack for moving image using industry standard equipment.
