Course overview
This course aims to equip learners with advanced knowledge and practical skills in customer analytics. The course is not just about coding, but also about theory and practical hands-on application. The Foundations module introduces key topics, including customer segmentation with machine learning and customer lifetime value analysis. Building on these topics, the digital and social media module examines customer analytics for digital platforms, social media performance, and sentiment analysis. The advanced module extends these capabilities to demand forecasting, churn prediction, and customer experience experimentation, while also addressing essential ethical, privacy, and managerial issues. Throughout the course, students will have the opportunity to apply their learning using industry tools (e.g., Python, Google Analytics, Google Looker Studio), thereby developing the expertise needed to apply customer analytics to data-driven decision-making and long-term value creation.
