Course overview
This course aims to equip students with the essential knowledge and skills to analyse customer data effectively, thereby improving business performance. It builds on concepts such as customer segmentation, customer lifetime value, cohort analysis, and analysis of customer data from social media, laying a solid foundation for data-driven decision-making to enhance customer experiences and boost business performance.
