Course overview

This course aims to deepen students' understanding of property valuation methods and concepts, with a particular focus on commercial income-producing properties and specialised properties. Students will learn to apply valuation techniques, including discounted cash flow analysis, using industry-standard software. Through case studies and practice-based examples, students will develop the ability to analyse market data to support property valuations, apply valuation methods effectively in practice, and utilise software tools to assess the value of diverse commercial properties. By the course's conclusion, students will possess the skills and knowledge required to proficiently undertake property valuations in real-world scenarios.
