Course overview

The aim of this course is to develop skills in understanding the construction processes for both residential and commercial buildings, along with identifying and addressing faults. Additionally, it aims to provide a detailed comprehension of building services. Professionals involved in real estate, from market interpreters to property managers, play crucial roles in the property construction process. Therefore, a solid understanding of building processes and systems is essential for accurate reporting and assessing the impacts on property value. The course also covers contemporary topics such as population aging and the building evaluation process. Guest lectures and site visits enhance theoretical concepts with practical insights.
