Course overview
This course will address legal issues of contemporary significance, with a general focus on commercial, comparative, international and/or European law. The course is designed to be flexible in order to accommodate content that may vary from year to year, as well as the potential involvement of visiting scholars and experts. The intended content for each year will be published by the Law School before enrolments commence for that year
