Course overview
This course examines the law and policy governing export controls and trade sanctions at the international level (Missile Technology Control Regime, Wassenaar Arrangement, Nuclear Suppliers Group, Australia Group) and the domestic level (Australia and other major jurisdictions including the US). The course covers the changes to Australia's domestic legislation introduced as part of the AUKUS trilateral security partnership.
