Students in this course will study the essential knowledge and skills necessary to: (1) understand the statutory rights and remedies offered by the Australian Consumer Law, (2) analyse causes of action under the Australian Consumer Law, (3) evaluate breaches of General Protections and Specific Protections of the ACL.

Course learning outcomes
