Course overview

The aim of this course is to extend students’ knowledge of commercial interior design and the current environmental and regulatory issues in professional design practice through the application of design processes, strategies and practices to medium scale workplace projects. Building upon the fundamentals of the planning and human experience of space, the course expands students' application of research for design, planning principles, furniture specification, services design and the landscaping and resolution of medium to large scale space.
