Course overview
This course aims to enhance students' capabilities in leading teams and managing cybersecurity risks in data-driven projects. Through the integration of leadership theory, team dynamics, and cybersecurity principles, students will develop strategic decision-making skills necessary for leading diverse teams in complex and technologically advanced environments.
