Course overview

The course aims to equip learners with enterprise systems' concepts, complexities and functionality and provide exposure to contemporary software in this space. Building upon a fundamental knowledge of business process management, the course delves into the concepts and methods commonly known as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), and how Enterprise Systems (ES) can support ERP in the context of Industry 4.0 and the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT). Learners will work individually and in teams with SAP which is the market leader in enterprise systems. Learners will be able to manage business processes and make better operational decisions.
