Course overview

This course is designed to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of the rapidly evolving cyber security landscape, preparing them to anticipate, analyse and respond to emerging cyber threats. Students will explore cutting-edge security technologies, case studies of recent cyber attacks and the development of innovative risk assessment and mitigation strategies for pivotal topics including the Internet of Things (IoT), Blockchain, generative AI, and more. With a dynamic curriculum that adapts to the ever-changing landscape of cyber security, students will gain the knowledge and skills necessary to navigate and manage the complex and ever-changing world of cyber security.
