Course learning outcomes
- Demonstrate a clear understanding of performance and reward management theory and practices and their role in the context of organisational and HR strategy in the global business environment.
- Critically analyse complex performance and reward management issues in an organisation and develop actionable, innovative, ethical and sustainable recommendations that maximise individual and team performance.
- Critically evaluate the impact of contemporary issues on performance and reward management.
- Demonstrate advanced level communication, both individually and within teams, to engage a range of stakeholders.
