Course overview
This course develops students’ advanced knowledge of the theories, strategies, and competencies for talent management in organisations, from organisational entry to exit, including workforce planning, job analysis, recruitment and selection processes, as well as talent development. To support their development as evidence-based practitioners, the course includes academic and practice-focused readings that are developed with course activities and assessed using professional scenarios to build high-level professional capabilities in talent acquisition and development.
