Course overview
This course develops students advanced knowledge of the theories, strategies, and competencies for talent management in organisations, from organisational entry through performance, equipping students with skills to attract, assess, and nurture talent in organisational contexts. This course provides students with knowledge and skills in workforce planning, job analysis, recruitment and selection processes, as well as talent development. The course will advance students' research skills as postgraduate students, and enable them to link evidence with human resource management and general management practice.
