To provide students with theoretical knowledge and practical application of organisational behaviour, leadership, and management, exploring and critically appraising different forms in varying organisational, cultural, and industry settings. Discuss and appraise the relationship between an organisation's culture, its leadership, and its employees and develop strategies for managing performance.

Course learning outcomes
- Acquire critical thinking and problem solving skills to improve the management of one's self, others, and teams at work
- Evaluate management theories for personal development, improved effectiveness and address the `knowing' and `doing' gap in managing people and organisations
- Develop skills to evaluate and produce ethical, responsible, and global perspectives and actions within self, coworkers, leaders, and organisations
- Analyse the challenges and opportunities facing organisations, managers, teams, and employees through the principles of organisational behaviour and scientific enquiry
- Demonstrate Business Enterprise Skills: i) Self-Management (intermediate level); ii) Ethical Awareness (intermediate level); iii) Teamwork (intermediate and advanced levels); iv) Written Communication (intermediate level); and iv) Oral Communication (intermediate and advanced levels) *NOTE: Only Teamwork and Oral Communication are assessed for AoL Accreditation purposes
