To equip students with the knowledge and skills to analyse, design, and evaluate strategically aligned training and development initiatives that enhance workforce capability, support employee and leadership development, address contemporary learning needs, and develop a learning culture in diverse organisations through evidence-based, inclusive, and technology-enabled approaches.
