Course overview
The course provides students with theoretical and practical knowledge of the tourism and hospitality industry. The course gives a particular focus on developing competencies in the management of the supply side of tourism and hospitality – building their body of knowledge on tourism and hospitality enterprises, products, services, and experiences. The course focuses on the structure and characteristics of tourism and hospitality enterprises, their role in tourism destinations, and the factors that drive tourism and hospitality enterprise performance.
