This course will facilitate students' understanding of hospitality experiences from social, cultural, and commercial perspectives. Hospitality experience design and delivery; hospitality workforce; commercial hospitality; innovative hospitality experiences; hospitality from a social perspective; inclusive hospitality experiences; positive psychological impacts of hospitality; and cross-cultural discussion of hospitality

- Critique consumer memorable experiences designed and delivered by a diverse hospitality workforce
- Analyse the crucial role of innovative experiences in the hospitality sector
