Course overview

This course equips students with skills to work in the tourism, events and hospitality industry. It draws on the innovation, technology, business and sustainability in industry enabling students to critically reflect on these areas. Designed to enhance technical skills and promote critical thinking and analysis, the course provides students with an understanding of the importance of stakeholder engagement in understanding the business needs of, and developing relevant strategies for, an organisation.
