Course overview

Via seminars and practice-based studio sessions, students will continue to develop theoretical knowledge and advanced skills in the processes and principles of 2D animation specific to professional practice. Utilising industry standard software, students will create animations according to industry best practice. This will advance student knowledge of the animation production pipeline and put into practice the principles of animation. Supporting this, students will develop their ideas which are informed by structured research and analysis of pictorial content, context and structure, relevant to animation.
