Course overview
This course explores modes of professional application and design processes for commercial illustration practice. It establishes Illustration as a key tool to communicate meaning and ideas to an audience. Expanding on key practices within the role of visual narrative and conceptual metaphor, and symbols to a variety of applied social and cultural contexts. Students will examine, critique and engage industry practices and processes in the execution of creative projects.
