Course overview
This course will cover new and innovative topics in the food and nutrition area. The focus will be on emerging technologies and trends within food and nutrition with examples taken from across the world. This course provides learners with an opportunity to consider research from teaching staff, research staff and industry experts. Content will be frequently updated to ensure students are able to hear from a wide range of researchers about their areas of expertise, and innovative and emerging areas in food and nutrition. Students are encouraged to consider these advances in the context of their wider learning in food and nutrition science.
