The Reservoir Fluid Thermodynamics (PVT) course provides students with a comprehensive understanding and the ability to model the physical and thermodynamic principles governing the behaviour of reservoir fluids under varying pressure, volume, and temperature conditions.

Course learning outcomes
- Employ equations of state to describe and simulate gas-liquid equilibrium
- Describe the fundamentals of Reservoir Thermodynamics & Fluid Properties
- Identify the reservoir fluid types
- Conduct full flash calculation and PVT analysis
- Calculate Reservoir Fluid Properties at a given pressure and temperature
- Plan required PVT test
- Use equations of state (EOS) to predict fluid behaviour and reservoir performance
