Course overview

The course is for students to have a deep understanding of defence shipbuilding program managements from design to asset sustainment, including geostrategy for shipbuilding in the 21st century, industry 4.0 and virtual shipyard/digital twin applications, and awareness for making educated advice or decision on procurement, shipyard facilities, workforce capability challenges, testing and commissioning, and asset management.
