This course provides analytical knowledge and practical skills in machine learning and machine vision systems, covering image acquisition, image enhancement, morphological image processing, image segment, image description and image representation, regression and classification in supervised learning, clustering, reinforcement learning, artificial neural networks, convolution neural networks and deep learning.

Course learning outcomes

  • Explain essential concepts of machine vision system and image processing
