Course overview

To describe the design principles of mechatronic systems and to select key components and construct a system with industrial applications.

Course learning outcomes

  • Describe the fundamental design principles of industrial mechatronic system.
  • Specify subsystems for a mechatronic system and select appropriate components.
  • Construct and implement mechatronic systems to accomplish designated tasks of industrial application styles using PLC and SCADA.
