Course learning outcomes
- Explain a Humanities and Social Sciences curricular and syllabus framework and associated documents as they apply to your specialisation in an upper secondary school context
- Explain factors to be considered in the design, planning and implementation of a Humanities and Social Sciences specialisation within the context of a senior secondary curriculum framework
- Indicate how key Humanities and Social Sciences values, perspectives and Essential Learnings, can be integrated into planning for learning in the senior secondary years
- Apply skills of observation, reflection and critical analysis to a curricular framework and its application in context
- Develop a professional teaching plan for your Humanities and Social Sciences specialisation
- Critically analyse curriculum and syllabus issues relevant to your Humanities and Social Sciences specialisation
