Course overview
This course provides an opportunity for students to apply their knowledge and skills to develop a functional immersive experience/prototype. Students will use their learning on project management and asset generation to self-direct the production of a virtual and interactive environment, extending their learning and improving techniques. Where possible, projects will maximise opportunities and collaborative learning.
Course learning outcomes
- Demonstrate technical skills required to manage creative assets for an immersive media project
- Successfully apply skills to bring an immersive media (or related discipline) project to fruition
- Manage the relevant technologies and techniques required for XR production
- Reflect on processes and outcomes of production-focused projects
- Reflect on the user’s role when planning a digital product

If you are an international student, or a domestic student studying in a full fee paying place, and are continuing study that you commenced in 2025 or earlier, your fees will be available here before enrolments open for 2026.
