Course overview
The course aims to equip students with the skills and knowledge required to identify and effectively engage with stakeholders. This course delves into the identification of relevant stakeholders including vendors and other external parties; processes and planning to effectively manage relevant stakeholders; leadership, negotiation and influencing skills when engaging with stakeholders throughout the enterprise as an information technology subject matter expert. Students will work individually and in teams to develop skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
