Course overview

This course consolidates material taught across the first year of the Graduate Diploma / Master’s program functioning as a capstone project for Graduate Diploma and a substantial mid-degree pre-capstone project for Masters. Students will work in groups to manage an industry-aligned IT project, covering all phases of the project from specification and scoping, through to validation, delivery and dissemination. Students will learn and apply soft skills like teamwork and communication, along with technical skills they have developed in other subjects, to deliver research-informed solutions to the IT problem.

  • Identify, define and justify a complex business problem in the context of IT
