Course overview
This course introduces students to the key concepts needed to examine, analyse and evaluate information technology/information systems (IT/IS) and classifies these concepts using Zachman's framework. The IT/IS concepts (computer architecture, operating systems, cloud technology, information systems architectures) are discussed in business, professional, and cultural contexts (with special attention to Indigenous Australian history and culture).
