Course overview

This course will equip students with the theory of immersive technologies and the practical application of how to construct immersive systems and environments. Topics include current augmented reality/virtual reality/mixed reality technologies, interaction techniques for immersive environments, spatial computing, embodied interaction and remote collaboration. Students will have the opportunity to master a professional 3D game development platform, using their expertise to craft captivating and genuine immersive systems and environments. This course aligns with the program intent to enable innovative solutions that meet a variety of human needs.
